Terms and conditions

1. This competition is open to British Cycling Members and Premium Members who are aged 18+ and reside in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man 

2. Entries received from 4pm 04/12/25 until 5pm 17/12/25 will be entered into the December prize draw. 

3. Valid entries require members to submit their name and email address. This data is collected for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. See our data privacy policy for more information.

4. Only one entry per member or family membership is permitted each month.

5. The prize is defined as a Nyetimber Celebration Case, including 12 bottles of sparkling wine plus an ice bucket. 

6. One winner will be selected at random and contacted on the evening of the closing date. 

7. If you are the winner, you must reply to the email within 24 hours of receipt in order for the prize to arrive before Christmas Day. British Cycling reserves the right to select alternative winners, as a result of reasonable efforts to contact the original winner being unsuccessful. 

8. Details of how to claim the prize won will be communicated via email. 

9. Entries from the previous month will not carry over. Members must enter again. 

10. British Cycling Supporter members and employees are not permitted to enter. 

11. Entrants must be aged 18 or older and proof of mage may be required before the prize is released. 

12. Incomplete, late or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

13. No cash or other alternative prizes are available and prizes are not transferable to another individual.

14. The winners agree not to resell any of the prizes for commercial or promotional purpose, including placing any prize on an internet auction site.

15. British Cycling are not liable or responsible for any expenses incurred by the winners over and above the prize offered (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation or personal insurance of any kind).
